What you can expect

The Distribution Channel Account Manager enhances sales revenue by building relationships with distributors. They collaborate with distributors and partners on lead generation plans, training, and deals progression. They drive business growth through distributor/channel programs and align with objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction.



You will be based in Poland and responsible for owning the distribution relationships in Eastern Europe.

What we’re looking for

  • Have experience in managing distribution partnerships preferably in Unified Communications/ Cloud/Telephony space.

  • Be able to develop and execute sales strategies for Partner programs, distribution operations & sales enablement.

  • Experience with SaaS Resellers in the Eastern European region

  • Have a deep understanding of the Distribution ecosystem in the European market

  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Be proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth with Distribution partners.

  • Be fluent in English, Polish and ideally another language of the region
