Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Will Call Associate to accurately pull and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will verify orders, help customers, maintain a clean stockroom, operate a RADS gun, lift up to 60 pounds, and complete required training while working flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Qualifications

Pulls will call orders for jobbers. Pulls all special orders accurately and as completely as possible, placing the items into the appropriate tubs.

Responsibilities

• Practices asset security/loss prevention controls.
• Ensures proper processes and procedures are utilized to minimize inventory shrinkage.
• Checks all orders for accuracy.
• Reports all overage/shortage/damaged merchandise.
• Shares responsibility for maintenance and cleanliness of area.
• Completes all job prerequisite training.
• Demonstrates ability to perform the required duties of the job.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Environment: Position operates in a warehouse setting with continuous exposure to industrial noise (e.g., forklifts, conveyors, machinery, and loading activities), bright overhead lighting, and varying temperatures due to limited climate control. Employees regularly work around moving equipment and mechanical operations and must remain alert to audible and visual safety signals in a fast-paced environment.
