Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Power Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on PIV equipment across the facility. You will collaborate with supervisors to prioritize work, manage parts through approved vendors, and ensure reliability of material handling systems.

A 2-year degree and PIV maintenance experience are preferred, with strong electrical and mechanical fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in electrical-mechanical or similar focus preferred.
• Prior experience with PIV maintenance.
• Well-rounded electrical and mechanical background.
• Electrical experience including repairs of broken wires, fatigueswitches, etc.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to use all shop tools, testing and measuring equipment.
• Ability to run an electric meter.

Responsibilities
