Job summary

SanMar in Minnesota seeks a DC Trainer to facilitate classroom training and on-the-job training for Distribution Center employees. You will train new hires, retrain staff, and align goals with distribution objectives while supporting safety and procedural standards.

You will develop training materials, schedule sessions, maintain trainee records, and assist with safety training. The role may involve operating lift equipment and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Facilitate classroom training and on-the-job training for DC staff.
• Develop and maintain training materials and records.
• Coordinate training schedules with DC staffing needs.
• Communicate with leadership to ensure accurate training execution.
• Support safety training and reinforce company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs to new and existing employees.
• Assist with development of training materials and maintain training documents.
• Coordinate training schedule with DC hiring and training demands.
• Communicate daily with leadership and coworkers to execute training efforts accurately.
• Conduct training sessions on OJT, refresher training, etc.
