Qualifications

• 4+ years in logistics or supply chain support.
• Proven proficiency in inventory control and shipment coordination.
• Experience with DC training processes and documentation.
• Ability to train and guide less experienced staff.
• Certification or ability to be certified on DC PIT equipment.
• Willingness to complete Train the trainer course on hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires.
• Lead orientation and team introductions.
• Provide ongoing training and guidance to staff.
• Present safety policies per standards and regulations.
• Deliver hands-on PIT equipment training.
• Lead facility tours and explain workflows and safety zones.
• Train on picking, packing, inventory control, and related procedures.
• Track training attendance using company systems.
• Maintain professional training environment weekly.
• Obtain and maintain training and safety documentation.
• Support building safety committee.
• Provide operational support during non-training periods.
• Work in a warehouse environment with PPE.
