Tractor Supply Company is seeking a capable distribution center supervisor to lead a team of hourly team members and develop talent while setting daily production goals. You will monitor performance, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient operations in a fast-paced warehouse, with opportunities to influence cross-functional processes and training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a multi-shift distribution center environment.
• Some college preferred; combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership and drive a motivated, productive workforce to meet safety and quality standards.
• Establish daily production goals and monitor intraday performance to achieve them.
• Participate in root cause analysis to identify problems and pursue continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop team members through training, reviews, and delegation as appropriate.
• Observe activities and identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
• Plan and allocate resources to accomplish departmental objectives.
• Communicate policies clearly and maintain compliance while guiding the team.
• Coordinate and monitor production standards and implement improvement programs.
• Assist in training on distribution processes and equipment.
• May lead cross-functional teams to share best practices.
