Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Establish daily production goals and monitor intraday performance.
• Coach and develop team members through training and reviews.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices and drive performance.
