Job summary

Almo is seeking a Warehouse Team Supervisor at the Nevada Distribution Center in Reno, NV. You will provide daily hands-on support, coach and mentor staff, and ensure SOP education and adherence while guiding onboarding and training.

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity toward leadership objectives, analyze processes for improvements, and generate reports from AS400 to support operations. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse experience including forklift skills.
• Full understanding of all aspects of department (work flow, staffing) / ability to manage production work flow;
• Well organized, detail oriented, and able to meet scheduled deadlines; Able to prioritize work from multiple sources & adjust to fluctuating work load
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational skills and positive attitude
• Ability to take charge and get things done

Responsibilities

Qualifications: What we look for in a candidate:
