Job summary

Paycom - ATS distribution center in Morrow, GA is seeking a full-time warehouse leader to coach a team, ensure safety and productivity, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on supervision, data-driven reporting, and collaboration with the distribution center leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• 3-5 years warehouse experience including forklift skills and handling/organization, plus loading/unloading.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, decision making, prioritization and critical thinking skills.
• Full understanding of department workflow and staffing; ability to manage production flow.
• Well organized, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines; prioritize work from multiple sources.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to take charge and get things done.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily hands-on support and direction for the team in warehouse duties, training, onboarding and SOP education/adherence; ongoing coaching and mentoring.
• Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in line with DC objectives.
• Provide recommendations on process improvement and assist in implementation.
• Pull data and run reports from AS400 as needed.
• Assist DC Supervisor with other duties/projects as required.

What you will do in this role:

• Provide daily hands‑on support and direction for the team in their general warehouse duties, in training, onboarding and SOP education/adherence and ongoing coaching and mentoring to develop team members.
• Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
• Provide recommendations on process improvement and assists in implementation.
• Pull data and runs reports from AS400 as needed.
• Other duties/projects as required by Distribution Center Supervisor

Qualifications: What we look for in a candidate:

• High School diploma
• 3-5 years Warehouse experience including forklift skills, warehouse handling and organization, truck loading and unloading.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, decision making, prioritization and critical thinking skills
• Full understanding of all aspects of department (work flow, staffing) / ability to manage production work flow;
• Well organized, detail oriented, and able to meet scheduled deadlines; Able to prioritize work from multiple sources & adjust to fluctuating work load
