Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC seeks a Supply Chain Analyst for its Waterloo Distribution Center to collect and analyze data that drives performance. You’ll generate reports, KPI insights, and training materials to support operations.

You’ll build PowerBI dashboards, craft ad-hoc SQL queries, and collaborate to improve data capture and efficiency across teams. A related bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or distribution with financials/metrics.
• Strong analytical skills; data mining, analysis, and reporting experience.
• Proficient in SQL, Access, and MS Excel; familiar with PowerBI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; leadership and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support in operations management with reports, KPIs, and training materials.
• Produce weekly metrics for Supply Chain Leadership Team and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Build ad‑hoc SQL queries to retrieve data and support required reports.
• Collaborate across departments to improve data capture and visualization.
• Develop dashboards in PowerBI to visualize data for management.
