Ideal candidates have a BS/BA in a related field, 5+ years in distribution, and 2+ years in a lead role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in a distribution center environment.
• 2+ years in a lead or mentorship role.

Responsibilities

• Monitors productivity of warehouse associates and balances workload to meet goals.
• Provides training, tools, and equipment to ensure tasks are safe and efficient.
• Ensures warehouse functions run smoothly and acts as a contact for escalated issues.
• Identifies process improvements to boost DC performance and department effectiveness.
• Evaluates DC alignment for efficiency and inventory management.
• Maintains clean work areas and enforces safety policies and procedures.
• Completes paperwork and productivity reports.
• Leads a team of support and professional associates.
