Job summary

3M is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in DeKalb, IL, to lead a 2nd shift of 50+ hourly employees and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements at the DK6 Distribution Center.

The role requires leadership experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to support Lean Six Sigma goals. Travel and relocation may be involved; 5% domestic travel is noted.

Qualifications

Your skills and expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Three (3) years of Leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or Engineering from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environment
• Skills include public speaking, conflict resolution, time management, team building, data analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of all warehouse processes.

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic.

Compensation & Benefits

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $84,595 - $103,394, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
