Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for the on-site Jackson, TN location on 2nd shift (2pm-10pm, Monday-Friday). You will lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse, drive safety culture, manage staffing, and coordinate work processes.

Proficiency in MS Office, SAP/WMS experience, and 3+ years of supervisory experience are preferred. The role includes developing Team Leaders, monitoring performance, and partnering with HR to hire and coach staff while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with inventory or warehouse software (SAP, WMS) preferred.

Effectively build relationships and trust with the team to successfully execute daily/weekly/monthly goals.* Develops Team Leaders to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned associates* Monitors, measures, and documents department performance for cost, labor, and productivity requirements* Working with the Human Resources Department, select employees through the normal hiring process, consistently administer policies and procedures as applicable, monitor employee performance/attendance/time, resolve associate relation issues, coach and counsel for improvement and apply discipline consistently where necessary up to and including termination of employment.**The Person:**You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
