Job summary

Hollingsworth is seeking Distribution Center Supervisors for 1st and 2nd shifts at a repack and fulfillment facility near South Bend, IN. The role leads hourly team members in receiving, repack, quality, warehousing, and distribution activities, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient work while coaching staff and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, kitting/repack, fulfillment, or distribution operations.
• Lead or supervisory role in a fast-paced production environment with shifting priorities.
• English language – verbal and written.
• Candidates must be willing and able to wear steel-toe safety boots.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, feedback, and support to team members.
• Interview, select and provide onboarding/training for new hires.
• Coach, train and mentor team members to perform job duties, develop skills, and improve the operation.
• Conduct safety checks and enforce PPE usage and company standards.
• Assign work, monitor performance, and maintain efficient flow of materials.
• Follow workflow designs and escalate changes to the Manager as needed.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment.
