Position offers a starting salary range of$78,000 - $100,000USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
As a Distribution Center Supervisor at the Canton PDC, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across multiple functional areas, including kitting, unitizing, outbound operations, and pick/pack. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and engagement while meeting customer needs. Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and supervising a team of associates, fostering high performance and accountability.
Coordinating work schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring team progress to achieve daily and long-term objectives.
Overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of processes such as kitting, unitizing, order picking, packing, and shipping.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and quality in all areas of responsibility.
Managing workflow and inventory in assigned areas, ensuring alignment with facility-wide goals.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of activities and optimal resource utilization.
Monitoring performance metrics to achieve or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
Enforcing safety policies and conducting regular audits to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Supporting employee development by providing training, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
Knowledge You Should Bring
A bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience required OR6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree required
Leadership experience in an operational environment such as distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.
Proficiency in analyzing data and managing operational metrics to drive results.
Familiarity with safety standards and the ability to promote a safe workplace.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Continuous Improvement.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (e.g., Enterprise Warehouse Management or SAP).
Experience supervising diverse teams across multiple operational functions.
Strong customer focus, with demonstrated success in delivering on customer commitments.
Proven track record of driving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
