CC Creations LLC in Bryan, TX is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily receiving and inventory operations. You will manage a team of 6–8 receiving associates, ensure timely, accurate processing, and safeguard inventory integrity on a fast-paced warehouse floor.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of supervisory experience in warehouse settings, strong leadership, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to motivate others while holding your team accountable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 6–8 receiving associates.
• Ensuring all orders are received, processed, and pulled accurately on tight daily deadlines.
• Overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of vendor-owned inventory.
• Managing cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Monitoring workflow from receiving through warehouse storage and production staging.
• Training employees on best practices, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members.
• Evaluating performance, providing coaching, and addressing performance concerns when necessary.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and recommending process improvements.
• Tracking daily performance metrics and preparing reports for management.
• Building a culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and pride in doing great work.

What You'll Do

As our Distribution Center Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the daily receiving and inventory operations. You'll lead a team of 6–8 receiving associates while ensuring products move efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout our distribution center.

Your day will include:

Physical Requirements

This is an active leadership role that keeps you on the warehouse floor.

You'll need to:

• Stand and walk on concrete floors throughout the workday


• Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment


• Frequently lift up to 20 pounds


• Lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on operation
