CC Creations LLC in College Station, TX seeks a Retail Operations Director to lead all facets of its collegiate retail operation at The Warehouse. You will manage receiving, inventory, stocking, and merchandise movement, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

The role focuses on building high‑performing teams, implementing efficient systems, and driving continuous improvement across budgets, facilities, and events, including game-day weekends.

• Lead logistics for Texas A&M football weekends, major retail events, and special projects.
• Identify problems before they happen—and solve them before anyone notices.

What You'll Own

As our Retail Operations Director, you'll be the engine behind our retail operation. You'll lead the teams responsible for receiving, inventory, stocking, merchandise flow, facilities, and operational execution while ensuring every product gets to the right place at the right time.

Your leadership will directly impact the customer experience, game day success, and the continued growth of one of the nation's premier collegiate retailers.
