Position Summary

C.C. Creations is seeking a highly organized, proactive Logistics Lead to help drive the daily success of our fast-paced Embroidery Department.

As the communication hub for embroidery production, you'll coordinate workflow across multiple departments, resolve production issues before they impact schedules, and ensure orders move efficiently from planning through production. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Coordinate Production

  • Manage and monitor the daily embroidery production schedule.
  • Coordinate workflow from layout through production.
  • Prepare and distribute production schedules and daily reports.
  • Ensure embroidery machines are staged and production-ready.
  • Verify garments, thread, and supplies are available for scheduled production.

Solve Problems Before They Happen

  • Identify and resolve production issues before orders reach the floor.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to eliminate delays.
  • Track production issues through resolution.
  • Keep leadership informed of schedule-impacting concerns.

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Update tracking boards and reporting tools.
  • Monitor department supply levels and coordinate purchase requests.
  • Serve as backup to the Embroidery Scheduler when needed.
