We are a Parts Store and much more, seeking talented individuals to join our NAPA family! This role is vital in ensuring that parts move efficiently from our warehouse to our stores, making a difference in our customers' lives by providing the parts they need.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Expedite incoming and outgoing freight in our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, pulling, staging, loading, and shipping.
- Process inventory and optimize warehouse space.
- Check, verify, load, stock, and pull inventory for store and customer orders.
- Unpack incoming shipments from suppliers.
- Accurately pick all types of orders, route products appropriately, and meet picking quotas.
- Use electronic scan-guns, review outbound orders for accuracy, and ensure proper packing and labeling according to safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the facility, dispose of packing materials, and perform general housekeeping.
- Inspect equipment daily, including lift gates, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Complete required documentation and reports.

What You’ll Need
- Experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is preferred; RF scanning experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids.
- Capability to handle heavy equipment and move items with appropriate aids.
- Ability to reach high shelves and bend to ground level comfortably.
- Basic computer skills and ability to recognize part numbers and line codes.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical ability to perform various movements quickly and safely.
- Must work in a drug-free environment.
