Join to apply for the Distribution Center Stockroom Associate role at NAPA Auto Parts.

We are a parts store and more, seeking talented individuals to join our NAPA family! This role as a Warehouse Associate is crucial in transferring parts from our warehouse to our stores, making a real difference in customers' lives by providing the parts they need.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Expedite incoming and outgoing freight, including receiving, stocking, pulling, staging, loading, and shipping.
2. Process inventory and optimize warehouse space.
3. Check, verify, load, stock, and pull inventory to fulfill store and customer orders.
4. Unpack incoming shipments from suppliers.
5. Accurately pick and prepare orders for customers, following prescribed quotas and routing products appropriately.
6. Use electronic scan-guns, review outbound orders for accuracy, and ensure proper packing and labeling according to safety standards.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the facility, dispose of packing materials, and perform general housekeeping.
8. Inspect equipment daily, including lift gates, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
9. Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
10. Complete required documentation and reports.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in a distribution or warehouse environment; RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds using mechanical aids.
• Capability to handle heavy equipment and move parts safely.
• Ability to reach high shelves and bend to ground level.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read and understand instructions.
• Physical ability to perform various movements quickly and safely.
• Must work in a drug-free environment.
