Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–5 years experience in safety management.
• Strong coaching, training and motivational skills; leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and lead company safety strategy within the distribution center.
• Measure and evaluate safety programs and update as needed.
• Support safety processes to minimize injury risk.
• Implement and enforce health and safety policies including OSHA regulations.
• Incorporate best practices to improve safety systems.
• Coach leadership on safety expectations and best practices.
• Deliver safety training programs for associates and leadership.
• Run internal safety assessments and lead safety committee meetings.
