Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, invites high-potential leaders to join the Operations Manager Development Program. You will rotate through Distribution Center operations, gaining hands-on experience in Warehouse, Transportation, and Facility Operations.

The program aims to prepare you for nationwide placement as an Operations Manager/Director within six to twelve months. You must be willing to relocate upon successful program completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret business reports and regs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; report writing and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all distribution center operations (Warehouse, Transportation, Facility Operations).
• Assess staffing and equipment needs; optimize performance and resources.
• Drive operational and financial performance; manage labor and expenses to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, food safety, and regulatory requirements; foster safety culture.
• Develop and coach warehouse and transportation teams; drive training initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to review performance, investments, and priorities.
