Job summary

Target is hiring for an entry level Operations role within our Distribution Center family in the United States. You’ll help move product to guests quickly, focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and report to the operations leadership.

This position starts January or Summer 2027. Eligible team members receive health benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, holidays, vacation, and employee discounts as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems in the Distribution Center
