Ace Hardware is seeking an Operations Manager at our La Crosse distribution center. You will direct inbound and outbound operations, manage exempt staff, and lead safety, quality, and productivity initiatives in a service-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
• 5+ years in a senior operational role, preferably in distribution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work non-traditional shifts and hours.

Responsibilities
