Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing a fleet under DOT compliance.
• Possess a valid regular driver’s license.
• Ability to train and develop staff and lead teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations including scheduling and driver management.
• Manage day-to-day distribution center operations, ensuring accurate shipments and paperwork.
• Ensure safety, policy, and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient distribution center environment.
• Recruit and train distribution center staff and leadership.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
