Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Distribution Center Manager for our Fort Mill, SC facility. Lead all DC functions with emphasis on quality, agility, and simplicity to move products efficiently to stores and customers.

You will drive end-to-end flow across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control and labor planning while building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of advanced technical training.
• 5-7 years of related distribution/warehouse experience.
• 5-7 years of management experience in a high volume distribution setting.

Responsibilities

• Establishes clear DC goals, operating standards, and routines to improve safety, quality, flow, service, productivity, and cost.
• Aligns site priorities with goals, monitors performance, and communicates risks and changes with urgency and clarity.
• Directs DC operations to ensure accurate receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory handling.
