NAPA Auto Parts in Coppell, Texas, is seeking a dedicated employee for a position responsible for staging, shrink-wrapping, and loading products accurately for delivery. The ideal candidate will operate forklifts, maintain a clean work area, and ensure the integrity of products throughout the shipping process.
Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift heavy merchandise. This position offers a dynamic work environment where safety and efficiency are paramount.
This position will be responsible for, among other things, staging, shrink-wrapping and loading products by trip number and store number as received from the packing and pulling areas of the stockroom. It prepares palletized loads for shipment by shrink-wrapping product to ensure safe transportation or storage, including safe and proper balancing and placement of products. Additionally, this position assists with safe and proper pallet building and selects products for specific routes.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, hazardous materials, outside weather conditions of extreme heat and cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
