Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing delivery fleets under DOT.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution center operations and staff.
• Schedule and manage drivers, supervisors, and teams.
• Ensure on-time, accurate shipments and paperwork.
• Enforce safety, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain budget and cost-control measures.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
