Job summary

Link Snacks, Inc. is seeking a warehouse team member to lead and support the distribution center operations. You will manage tasks ensuring safe, accurate, and timely production and shipments while maintaining strong teamwork.

The role emphasizes reliability, proactive communication, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced plant environment. Applicants should be able to operate lift equipment and stay engaged across long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock picker lift trucks.
• Operate and maintain RF Scanner (handheld warehouse computer).
• Accurately complete work order sheets.
• Maintain warehouse floor and facilities; keep clean and organized.
• Prepare and review reports for management.
• Communicate effectively with all Distribution Center departments.
• Resolve customer, carrier, and employee issues.
• Follow company and OSHA safety rules and guidelines at all times.

Job Description

Responsible for successfully leading the departmental team producing, completing tasks, and receiving and shipping product in a safe, accurate and timely manner. Keeps crew on task and meets deadlines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating mechanical forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock picker lift trucks.

• Completes reports and reviews for management.

Additional Information

The hiring range for this role is $21.81 - $27.26 (Hourly) with a $2.50 shift differential. Actual wages will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards. The work environment is a plant / office setting with varying degrees of temperatures and noise levels. Exposure to manufacturing equipment movement and wet / slippery floors. Travel may be required.
