American Tire Distributors is seeking a Distribution Center General Manager to oversee operations, safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency across the DC. You will coach teams to execute supply chain strategies and pursue continuous improvement.

You will lead talent development, manage performance, and ensure OSHA, DOT, ADA compliance while driving safe, efficient and compliant daily operations with strong data reporting and stakeholder communication.

• Serve as the on-site expert for inventory control and management, ensuring accuracy of physical inventory through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regular audits. Manage timely processing of returned goods and customer credits

Position Description

$115,000/YR - $125,000/YR

The Distribution Center General Manager oversees all operational and administrative aspects of the Distribution Center (DC) and ensures compliance with Company guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements. The role is accountable for achieving performance goals in safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.
