Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between team members and Management to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Adhere to all company policies; report non-compliance to Supervisor/Manager.
• Assist in administering safety program to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Collaborate with Supervisor/Manager on goals, inventory, and timelines to achieve objectives.
• Prepare process, accuracy and production reports aligned with daily goals and share findings with operations leadership.
• Conduct on-the-job training and cross-training using onboarding tools for new and existing associates.
• Coordinate planned workflow with directives from Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure team members perform roles effectively under guidance, maintaining smooth operations.
• Provide insights for process improvements and support implementation.
• Support inventory integrity and target 2% or less variance.

Position Description: $20/HR Under the general direction of the RDC Operations Manager, the Lead Person is responsible for assisting Management with multiple tasks such as training, coaching, and onboarding new and existing associates. Assists with the day to day operation, performs daily inventory accuracies, and adheres to the company/mixing center policies and procedures. Supports Management in achieving optimal productivity by delegating tasks to assigned team members while maintaining levels of quality, accuracy of inventory, and safety of associates. Performs a variety of duties relating to warehousing, product movement, and inventory functions within the RDC. Provides feedback to Management as to the team member's job performance as needed. Assist with administering the safety program set forth by ATD.

• Provide necessary resources to team members to optimize their performance and support leadership objectives throughout shifts.
• Work closely with Management to maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, striving for an inventory variance of 2% or less.
