Airgas USA, LLC is seeking a Distribution Center Coordinator in Duluth, GA to support the receiving department and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments. The role emphasizes accuracy, vendor coordination, and collaboration with accounts payable to resolve inquiries. SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound purchase orders and receiving transactions for accuracy.
• Partner with vendors and intercompany branches to resolve questions and ensure smooth delivery flow.
• Collaborate with accounts payable teams to resolve invoice inquiries and maintain vendor relationships.
• Partner with the receiving supervisor and team to manage administrative flow and support daily department success.
• Safely assist in unloading and staging incoming shipments to be received.
• Ensure detail accuracy while receiving and staging products for put-away.
• Put-Away and replenish products to ensure smooth fulfillment for picking.
• Coordinate, pick, and stage products for outbound shipment.
• Ensure detail accuracy and carefully pack products to be shipped.
• Wrap skids, stack boxes, and manifest shipments to deliver reliable service to customers.
• Support team goals through additional warehouse activities as needed.
