Job summary

Airgas is seeking a Distribution Center Coordinator in Duluth, GA to support the receiving and fulfillment workflow. Responsibilities include reviewing inbound PO/receiving accuracy, coordinating with vendors and intercompany teams, and assisting accounts payable to resolve invoice inquiries.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, detail orientation, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office, Google Suites, and SAP.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience/training or equivalent
• Detail oriented with good time management
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suites
• Strong verbal and written communication
• SAP experience preferred
• Ability to work across departments and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Review inbound purchase orders and receiving transactions for accuracy
• Coordinate with vendors and intercompany branches to resolve shipment questions
• Collaborate with accounts payable to resolve invoice inquiries and maintain vendor relationships
• Support receiving supervisor and team to manage administrative flow
• Unload, stage, and put away incoming shipments; assist in outbound packing and staging
