Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Bloomingdale Distribution Center, is seeking a Performance Optimization Specialist to drive operational excellence using data, analytics, and business insights. You will join a team focused on improving performance across the distribution network and customer experience.

You will partner with operations leadership, build reports and dashboards, and present weekly metrics to Supply Chain Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends in large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data mining / reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leadership to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
• Transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support business decisions.
• Produce and present weekly performance metrics for Supply Chain Leadership.
• Create and execute ad hoc SQL queries to gather insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection processes and reporting accuracy.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance.
• Support training initiatives through documentation development, training delivery, and implementation efforts.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
