Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a Distribution Center Coordinator / Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Phoenix, AZ for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The role supports daily distribution activities including receiving, stocking, order processing, shipping, and inventory flow.

Typical pay ranges from $26 to $28 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and overtime as needed. Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Epicor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print and assign daily pick tickets and prioritize past-due/upcoming orders.
• Schedule shipping routings and labeling requirements.
• Monitor emails and coordinate with internal teams and carriers.
• Process group orders and follow up on delayed transfers and purchase orders.
• Track past-due orders, expedite inventory, and address missed shipments.
• Run operational metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure shipping, routing, and timeline requirements are met.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
