Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Warehouse Associate in North Haven, CT to pull and organize branch and customer orders, load and unload materials, and maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment.

You will weigh and label items, follow safety protocols, inspect stock for wear, and assist with housekeeping and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in shipping, receiving, shipment auditing, inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Ability to lift or carry parts up to 60 lbs regularly, with some 60+ lbs handling.
• Experience maintaining organized warehouse storage areas and inventory accuracy.
• Follows safety regulations and uses appropriate PPE as required.
• Capable of weighing materials and recording data on tags and labels.
• Work environment includes varied temperatures and non-climate-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize branch and customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity as directed by picking ticket in priority assigned.
• Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms or lifting devices.
• Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas.
• Weigh materials or products and record weight and other production data on tags and labels.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools and equipment and storage areas to ensure safety compliance.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
