Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Associate to support branch deliveries and inventory control in North Haven, CT. You will pull and organize orders, load/unload materials, and maintain clean, safe work areas.

Applicants should have at least 2 years' experience in shipping with ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a High School Diploma. This is an in-person role with exposure to varied temperatures and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, shipment auditing, inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Ability to lift or carry parts up to 60 lbs with most lifting between 5 and 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize branch and customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity.
• Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms or lifting devices.
• Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas.
• Weigh materials or products and record weight and other production data on tags and labels.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools and equipment and storage areas to ensure safety compliance.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting damage to supervisors.
