National Coatings & Supplies is seeking a Distribution Center Associate in Utah to perform material handling, inventory counting, and order fulfillment using handheld barcode scanners. The role requires physical work, standard shifts, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities include accurate picking, inbound logistics, labeling, cycle counts, and daily housekeeping. Forklift certs are preferred but not required; the team emphasizes collaboration and timely execution.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to use computer equipment and simple math.
• Ability to use hand-held barcode scanning equipment in a paperless warehouse.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 3 hours at a time.
• Ability to lift 20lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion.
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl.

Responsibilities

• Picks orders accurately and to a set production standard.
• Log, process, and stock inbound shipments.
• Palletizes and labels overstock for proper handling.
• Checks shipments for accuracy and reports results to supervisor.
• Ensures parts are located.
• Tags all orders for proper shipping location.
• Performs daily housekeeping at end of day.
• Conducts cycle counts of bin locations.
• Restocks consumables for next day.
