Dollar Tree Distribution INC in Warrensburg, MO is seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate. You will work in either the Order Selection or Shipping department, standing for long hours and meeting production goals while handling boxes and using a voice-picking headset.

Qualifications

• Shipping Department: Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers. Meet production goals.

We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Warrensburg, MO.

As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our departments.

Available Schedule and Shifts:

• 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 3 PM-11:30 PM): Base pay of $18.50 with a shift differential of $1.00 = $19.50/hr.
• 3rd Shift (Sun-Thurs, 11 PM-7:30 AM): Base pay of $18.50 with a shift differential of $1.50 = $20.00/hr.

*Eligibility for Performance Incentive! (ARP+)*

If eligible you can plan up to $ 7.53 per hour for exceeding performance expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8 hours per shift. Reliable attendance and transportation.
