The role offers a Monday–Thursday 4:30 pm–3:00 am schedule, starting pay $18.50/hr plus a $1.00 shift 2 differential and a $500 referral bonus, plus merit increases and a robust benefits package.

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic math and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Compensation & Benefits
