SeekWell is seeking an Operations Support Associate at the TX Distribution Center in Coppell, TX. The role ensures pack stations stay stocked and the workspace remains clean, supporting efficient order fulfillment.

The position starts with a base pay of 17.00 USD per hour, with a Monday–Friday evening shift and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsabilités

• Remove cardboard and waste to maintain clean and safe workspaces.
• Build and replenish shipping boxes at pack stations.
• Restock packing and shipping materials.
• Keep operational areas clean, organized, and efficient.
• Support pack stations and other warehouse areas as needed.
• Assist with basic projects and general warehouse tasks.
• Help ensure smooth workflow to support daily order fulfillment goals.

The details

• This role is located at the TX Distribution Center (180 North Freeport Parkway, Suite 100, Coppell, TX 75019)
• Start Date: November 16th, 2026
• Shift: Monday–Friday; 11:15am - 7:45pm
• Starting Base Pay: $17.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50lbs
