Job summary

ESAB Corporation in Denton, Texas is hiring a Distribution Associate to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain strong vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, you will load LTL trucks, process documents, operate forklifts, and ensure compliance with FDA/UL/ISO standards while meeting delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing).
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience with RF guns preferred.
• Heavy order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load LTL trucks.
• Process documents and ship confirmations (i.e.: packing slips).
• Move materials with multiple forklifts (reach truck, order picker, electric pallet jack, dock stocker).
• Pulling and packing of customer orders.
• Banding pallets.
• Processing bill of lading.
• Consolidation of PID’s.
• Picking and shipping HAZMAT.
• Troubleshoot HAZMAT issues.
• Utilizing product knowledge to correctly fulfill orders, escalating issues as needed.
• Work efficiently to attain goals.
• Follow regulatory agency (FDA, UL or ISO) standards or policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Load LTL trucks
