Job summary

ESAB, based in Denton, Texas, is seeking a Distribution Associate to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and support internal teams and external vendors. You will work Mon-Fri 1:30PM-10:00PM with overtime as needed, handling orders and maintaining compliance across shipping activities.

The role requires strong communication, forklift experience, and knowledge of SAP/Microsoft Office to process documents, load LTL trucks, and ensure accurate packing and shipping of orders including HAZMAT

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing).
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience with RF guns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load LTL trucks.
• Process documents and ship confirmations (packing slips).
• Move materials with multiple forklifts (reach truck, order picker, electric pallet jack, dock stocker).
• Pull and pack customer orders.
• Banding pallets.
• Processing bill of lading.
• Consolidation of PID’s.
• Picking and shipping HAZMAT.
• Troubleshoot HAZMAT issues.
• Follow regulatory standards (FDA, UL or ISO).
