Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Distribution Associate III in the United States. The role loads and unloads freight, prepares materials for shipment, documents shipments, and maintains inventory with regular audits.

You will pack hazardous items, verify order details, and apply labels per hazmat regulations while supporting training for new staff and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of distribution center or warehouse experience.
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight and prepare shipments.
• Audit and locate inventory to maintain accuracy.
• Print labels and apply markings per hazmat regulations.
• Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot system issues and train new employees.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas.
• Operate shipping equipment and process orders per DOT, IATA, and IMO regulations.
