Job summary

Hilco Vision in Fairfield, OH is seeking a skilled Distribution Associate – Amazon FBA Specialist to oversee Amazon shipments and dock operations. You will handle labeling, scheduling, and problem solving for Amazon orders in a fast-paced environment.

The role runs 7am-3:30pm Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays and overtime, on-site. Weekly pay; medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401K; PTO; PPE provided and footwear reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and up to three years shipping experience focusing on Amazon FBA.
• MS Office Suite knowledge at an intermediate level, specifically Word and Excel.
• General knowledge of Amazon portal use, shipping rules, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process shipments to Amazon and provide dock support for other LTL customers as needed.
• Ensure Amazon portal processes are followed to prevent chargebacks.
• Label pallets/boxes correctly for Amazon and coordinate with teams to prep orders.
• Attend weekly Amazon meeting on Teams and answer questions about pickup dates and inventory issues.
• Communicate with sales, customer service, and support teams; maintain urgency and accuracy.

The role oversees one of thehighest revenue streams for Hilco Vision where the associate must be available to answer questions about pick up times, MABD's, and trouble shoot canceled appointments from Amazon.
