Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking an Associate II, Distribution - TEMP to perform inbound/outbound duties, inventory control, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires handling items safely and efficiently, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork. You will work with barcode scanners, printers, and other equipment to support receiving, put-away, and order fulfillment in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in distribution/warehouse experience.
• English reading/writing; able to communicate with team and customers.
• Experience with barcode scanners and printers; forklift operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload inbound and outbound materials following DC procedures.
• Stock merchandise and pick/pack orders for daily shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment and scanners; maintain safety.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and regulatory compliance.
