Staff Perm in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Distribution Associate II to support warehouse distribution in a fast-paced environment. This contract role covers shipping, receiving, and inventory duties with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly pay.

You will perform manual and clerical tasks, verify shipments, and document processes to ensure accurate stock control, while operating forklifts as needed and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Steel toe boots required.
• Successful completion of background check and drug test.
• Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products under general supervision.
• Receive goods, verify items against shipment records, and inspect their condition.
• Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.
• Record received and shipped items following established procedures.
• Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Operate powered equipment such as forklifts as needed.
• Complete written and computerized documentation accurately.
