Cardinal Health, Inc. in Elgin, IL is hiring for an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops. Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 5:00am–3:30pm (or until work is complete).

The role covers inbound and outbound tasks, receiving and storing products, and operating pallet jacks and the Manhattan Warehouse Management System. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and picking products, and loading outbound shipments. Emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency, with occasional refrigerated handling and lifting

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience, preferred
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working with heights 20–30 ft regularly
• PIT experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Unloads trucks in the Inbound section using a pallet jack or equivalent devices to move pallets out of the trucks.
• Uses Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products; refrigerating products as required.
• Stores products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
• Picks products from warehouse locations and loads into outbound trucks.
