Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; flexible to shifts.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) and documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and operate material handling equipment.
• Forklift license/certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate SAP to perform Goods Receipt, Shipments, Stock Overview, Stock Put‑Away, and Material Movements.
• Work across Receiving, Shipping, and Warehousing with cross-training in others.
• Maintain GMP compliance in all distribution activities.
• Perform warehouse processes including locating, putting away, picking, packing, and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare shipments, cryopreserved material handling, freight preparation, and loading with MHE.
• Enter SAP transactions and reports to support daily operations.
• Complete required EHS and equipment training.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
