STIIIZY, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Associate to fulfill orders and prepare outgoing packs for delivery at our on-site facility. The role may include cross-training in other department tasks to support operational needs.

Responsibilities include interpreting orders, pulling products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds and work extended hours as needed.

A Distribution Associate isan employeeresponsible for fulfilling orders and arranging outgoing packed orders for delivery. Their duties include interpreting sales orders and pulling the correct product, performing quality controlassessmentsand stacking items safely and securely in the right packaging.

• Self-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow company picking/packing procedures. Ability to efficiently pull product(s) based on daily orders.
• Ensures order pick/count accuracy.
• Meets specifics set forth by supervisor(s) for all orders promptly.
• Reports out any discrepancies or adjustments neededbythe supervisor.
• Undertakes other duties which may arise or be delegated sometimes.
• Handles inventory with care and attention to detail.
• Follows good manufacturing practices andrequiredwork safety practices.
• Operates various pieces of equipmentie. Pallet Jack, pallet wrapper.
• Must be able tolift50 pounds at times.
• Strong reading and communication skills.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues andproblems andrefers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work!
• Perform other duties as needed in support of businessobjectivesassigned by supervisor.

• This position starts at $18.00/hour.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
• Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
